This exercise helps stretch your hip, back, and leg muscles, releasing tension. To do toes properly:

1. Stand flat on your big toes.
2. Stretch your arms above your head and roll over to touch your feet.
3. Make sure not to bend your knees and keep them straight when touching your toes, you may not touch them completely on the first try, but after a few days, you will reach them completely.
Cat Cow Pose

The cat-cow pose is the best if you want to straighten your spine and release pressure from it. Cat cow pose is a great exercise for women working 9 to 5. It helps open your back muscles and stretch your spine to release tension.

For the cat-cow pose, you must lay your hand flat on the ground and your back straight, ensuring your knees and toes touch the ground. Tug your chin towards your chest and raise your spine outwards. Hold the pose for at least 10 to 15 seconds to release tension in your back. Raise your chin towards the ceiling and push your abdomen downwards. Repeat these steps for 3-4 minutes to straighten your spine and improve your posture.

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your spine straight. Keep your arms to your side and take a deep breath. As you take a deep breath, push your arms behind as much as possible without bending your elbows or knees.
